Placing an order

To place an order, add the chosen product to the cart and go through the registration process in our shop. In the shop, give the information concerning the place of delivery. In case of rings and wedding rings- forward the information about their sizes, which should be determined with the ring size chart available on our website. The sizes of the rings and other suggestions should be placed in the comments box together with your order.

Payment methods

You can make payments in 4 ways:
- by bank transfer - the whole sum of the order should be paid before shipment,
- making the whole payment on delivery,
- by credit card,
- In case of more expensive jewellery - by making a 10% prepayment and balancing the rest of the sum on delivery.

Processing and completion period

Because of a great interest in the products which are currently unavailable, we take 10-14 office days for manufacturing. If the product of a desired size is in stock, we are able to prepare the consignment within 3 office days. The information concerning the exact date of the processing and completion of the order is always sent by e-mail.

Shipment

Our consignments are delivered by specialised courier firms: UPS and Fedex, which deliver to any place in the world.
They specialise in delivering valuable consignments with the guarantee of speed and safety. In the European Union, the period of delivery is 5 office days. In the European Union the cost of a courier delivery, including insurance, is £9.

We always e-mail our customers that the consignment has been sent and we send the number of the letter of transport for them to monitor the status of the order online. The courier is also given a customer's telephone number to enable an easy contact and consult the place of receipt of the consignment.
