The shop on www.Diamondscenter.net is owned by the company F.U.H. Progress EXPORT – IMPORT located in Bilgoraj, registered in the Business Activity Register under number 00152/2003 by the Mayor of Bilgoraj, POLAND.

The terms and conditions offered by the online shop on this website is regulated by this document called The Regulations from this point on.


1. Shopping can be done only if the form appearing on the screen is filled in properly, all the conditions of the purchase are accepted and an E-mail containing all the indispensable data, concerning both the customer and the products to be ordered, is sent.

2. The given E-mail address and a phone number will be used during the purchase process. It will also be made available to the courier in case of any difficulties that may appear with delivery to the customer's address.

3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.

4. The date of the order completion depends on the time neeeded to manufacture the jewellery if the product of interest is out of stock at the time.

5. The shop is obliged to complete the order within 14 office days from the date of the order confirmation. In special cases (see point 4 of The Regulations) the above period can be subject to change.

6. Transactions can be made in the following ways:
- by bank transfer to the seller's account before the purchase;
- with cash on delivery;
- by credit card;
- If the total purchase value exceeds £500, an advance of 10% is required as a non-returnable security payment.

7. The seller issues a proof of purchase- the VAT invoice. The seller is the VAT payer.

8. All the prices in the online shop include the VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior informing about the fact. The changes do not apply for the orders that are already in progress and confirmed.

9. All the products in the shop are custom-made and therefore they cannot be returned.

10. All the products are under a 2-year guarantee valid from the date of the purchase on the invoice. In case of any complaints concerning the products, the seller should by informed by means of electronic mail.
